Spent some time looking around with my Son to find the right thing and found the information / photos on the website very good as I was able gauge some perspective of how it would look in my bedroom. Some things needed to be checked, so rang in to get confirmation and got an excellent response from the support team who even went to check against the actual bed in the warehouse. At this point a minimum of 4-stars would have been my selection.
Unfortunately, this is the point where I made my selection and payment. The delivery aspects seemed to be okay, with a time slot being advised and agreed, but then it did not arrive and all went very quiet. I had to get my son to chase this down for me as we had already cleared the room ready to put the new beds in place, and had to get one of the old ones back in from the garage. The problem seemed to lie with the courier company as the Time2Sleep people did keep contacting me to see if the courier had been in touch.
In summary I now have two really nice beds at a great price with an experience that was seriosly marred by the delivery arrangemnts.
