Take too long....

I would not recommend MusicMagPie to anyone as from my experience they took too long in there process and then messed up the payment at the end. I thought it was going to take a couple of weeks but it took four weeks in total to get paid.

Unacceptable in my eyes.

Hi Paul - first of all apologies for this. There was a mix up by the bank and a number of orders from the 27th (Unfortunately including yours) were affected causing delayed payments.

The bank didn't make us aware of this until a couple of days ago. The affected payments should all credit today, so please check your statement to confirm this. Once again, please accept our apologies. Kind regards, mM
