My customer journey with Beyondtelevision.co.uk was great. Their customer service was easy to talk to and friendly (I spoke to Matt). I asked whether they could price-match a Samsung fridge, which they did. They also kept me updated of the delivery time and date. My fridge was the first drop on the day of delivery and the driver (Phil) was jovial and very helpful. He wasn't the typical delivery driver governed by the watch, and took time to explain everything carefully and patiently. If I need any more appliances, I'll definitely be going to Beyondtelevision.co.uk.
