Went down hill

Are first order with these guys was excellent, Plenty of ice blocks. Nice big chicken bits.
Very fast delivery.

However are past couple orders have been pretty poor, They switched couriers to a cheaper company that treats the parcels like basketball. There has been less ice blocks each time we order.
The chicken doesn't seem as big as they used to, And they the quality of them is getting worse every time we order.

Are latest order was a nightmare, 5kg chicken arrived open. Rang up and got another sent out. (Open again)

We then had to get another one arranged to be sent out that arrived fine but with 2 ice blocks defrosted!

We gave up and couldn't be bothered to chase it up with them, Unfortunately we are now going to be getting are chicken from a local butchers. And will not be using Westin gourmet anymore even if they did offer something special for us to come back.

Thanks for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you've had several different problems with your orders. I can advise that the courier company we've changed to isn't any cheaper they offer us more coverage across the UK and this is why we've changed courier companies. We are currently looking at ways of improving our packaging to help prevent any damages or open packaging on customers future orders. I sent back a item for a full refund under DSR more than a month ago, I still yet to receive a refund which they keep saying they will process yet don't !

They never reply to emails, I have to ring them up to contact them. I was threatened on the phone that i will not receive a refund if i keep calling them about it, And i was also called a idiot on the phone!

Ever since the hut group took over this company customer service is terrible, Scam artists! Avoid like the plague
