We have used ParcelHero a couple of times now to send items to Europe. The process is extremely easy, you choose the service which best matches what you need. Simple! Once you have paid all you need to do is print out the shipping documents and get your parcel ready. The Courier company will collect from you (same day too if you need) and from that minute you can track the parcel right up to it being received. The last item I sent went to Belgium received by my customer two days after paying for the item - amazing service. We will certainly be using again!
