This is the second time I have a delivery using DX. On both occasions they sent me a message saying they have attempted to deliver and that I need to arrange another delivery time. But I was at home and no one came to my house. On the second delivery I tried to give an alternative address on the website. After accepting the new address online. I get another text saying they can not deliver to the new address. But now, I can not ask to deliver back to my home address. When I go to the website, it says "We need additional information regarding your delivery, please contact DX on 0844 371 3331". Very difficult to get hold of the customer service.

I was trying to get hold of the live chat support people. It kept saying they were busy. But when I finally got hold of them. The man was patient and went through all my questions and resolved them.
