I have used other companies before without issue - but would never use these guys again. My initial offer for a blackberry that had always been carried in a leather protective "holster" was dropped from £50 to £20 due to excessive cosmetic damage. In whose opinion?!?! So I paid my £8.95 for it to be returned and later received a call increasing their offer to £40. The guy who called said his opinion was their initial assessment was "harsh". We eventually settled on £45 and a refund of my £8.95...that was a week ago and still not received.

So my advice is avoid at all costs. If you have already posted your phone I suggest it is their practice to make a ridiculously low offer - so call their bluff and pay the £8.95 - at worst you get your phone back to send to a more honest company for a better offer, or more likely you get a higher offer which you then MUST negotiate on.
