As someone who isn't great at technology, I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the whole process was. The choices of hotels available was great -something for everyone. When I had to change the dates a couple of weeks later, I simply spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who quickly checked availability and made the necessary changes. We are so looking forward to visiting London in the summer so thanks to you Hotel Direct.
