En absolut fin handel. Der var lidt knas med track/trace, men varen blev afsendt næste dag og leveret som lovet uden jeg behøvede at gøre noget som helst. Kan anbefales !
Der fulgte en fin lille beskrivelse med smagekassen som jeg bestilte via SweetDeal - tror ikke der var de besparelser som "SweetDeal" stillede i udsigt ift. at bestille kassen direkte hos Philipson - men ved ikke præcis hvem man skal klandre her.
Ordered goods in July 2012 after specific written correspondance about details of products.
I cancelled the order in autumn when Infurn came back with a change to the specifed order.
I was promised on 14 Dec. 2012 that Infurn would accept cancellation and reimburse me and that I would receive my money in 30 days.
I have repeatedly asked why no reimbursement have been made and excuses on a weekly basis have been issued that Customer Service have requested their finance dept. to do the refund.
NOTHING HAPPENS - INFURN JUST CONTINUES BOTH VERBALLY AND IN E-MAILS TO SAY THAT MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED THIS WEEK - THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 WEEKS.
IN THE BEGINNING THEY COMMUNICATE AND WHEN YOU FIND OUT THAT THINGS ARE NOT RIGHT THEY STOP ANSWERING E-MAILS AND DO NOT CALL YOU WHEN ORDERING CALLS ON THE WEB-PAGE.
THEY LIE DIRECTLY INTO YOUR FACE AND IN WRITTEN CORRESPONDANCE - NEVER EVER BUY THERE !
