I ordered a £30 nice looking bunch of flowers from the website which can be seen here -

They sent me (via a local folrist) a few sprigs of roses.

I popped a picutre and email to them and they responded with the following: -

eFlorist customer services replied:

Thank you for your email regarding order. Due to some of the flowers pictured on-line being unavailable in the local area, our local florist has substituted this for an alternative item to ensure that we were able to make your delivery. The flower cost and colours are matched as closely as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
