Ordered a mobile phone case and although the communication was good, the item never arrived. I was told that new stock would be in by the end of the week. I waited 4 weeks until after my order and decided to request a refund which, in all fairness was prompt and hassle free. This company in my view is unethical and the service is so so.

Customer since 2005. No problems

Over the years I have ordered 60 times from ebuyer and spent thousands. Overall I cannot complain about anything really. When I have had problems with purchases, they have been dealt with efficiently by ebuyer. The prices are competitive and the choice is expansive. It is my "go to" place for PC hardware and electronic gizmos.
Obviously some angry people who have immediate problems will come to sites like this and criticise, which is fair enough I suppose.
I have only just signed up to trust pilot today to review another company and thought I would add my views on my experiences with the online retailer which has taken most of my money over the years. I wont use amazon again because of their tax avoidance practices, if ebuyer use the same practice then I wont use them again either.
Not had anything delivered by the disreputable Yodel yet so cant comment on them.

The transaction was completely hassle from from start to finish. Ordered item on Saturday night and we were told on Monday that it would be the first drop off on Wednesday morning. It was delivered on Wednesday morning, albeit at 06:45 which suited us as the washing pile was mounting after our Hotpoint Aquarius finally gave up on us after 12 years.
Item was unpackaged and we were required to sign a form to state that it was received with no damage which is fair enough.
Wife is very happy with the Samsung Washing machine. I can almost see the pleasure on her face as she unpacks the washing basket.
