I searched all over the Internet to find a sofa bed that could be delivered at a time to suit me. Not only did First Furniture have the best prices, they asked when it was convenient for me for them to deliver. I ordered the bed on a Friday, giving my first convenient delivery slot four days later on the Tuesday and another one a week later. To my surprise it was delivered on the first Tuesday with no problems.
My only 'gripe' is that I didn't actually know they were going to deliver it then until I had a email on the Monday to say it had been shipped. I then had to keep 'track' of the order. When I realised it was out for delivery on the Tuesday I called to ask for an estimate time of delivery but was just told between 9am and 6pm. I had asked for after 12.30pm and luckily it didn't arrive until around 3pm which was perfect timing.
I was concerned about not seeing the sofa bed before ordering but needn't have worried. It's great quality, looks great and overall I am very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't definitely order from them again!
