I ordered a knot puzzle for my grandson Oliver some weeks ago, and waited for delivery. When nothing came, I rang and spoke to a very charming Oliver at HPC who said it was out of stock. Why didn't this show up when I ordered??? At least I don't think you have taken my money yet. Your Oliver said it was expected in last week and he would send me as a priority as my Oliver was due to leave us [en route to his home in Dubai] on the 3rd August. Still nothing has arrived, so it is incorrect to say I have recently received an order from you, but at least this gives me the chance to express my dissatisfaction - in the past you have been good.
I am not cancelling the order, in the hope that you can supply by the 28 August, when another grandson has a birthday.
