Really helpful staff and speedy delivery

I saw an item online and had an enquiry. The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly, she sorted my querie and helped process my order. I was told up to 2 days for delivery and it came first thing the next morning. I received emails and texts keeping me updated. Was very impressed
