great service (even better now with new delivery service)

I've always had great prices and customer service from Pet Supermarket but was frequently not hugely enamoured of the previous delivery service which they used (Yodel). We've only had one order so far with DPD but the communication was great and I was able to have it left with a neighbour at short notice- and it was delivered on the day they said it was delivered, which was also nice! So now I am very happy indeed to order from Pet Supermarket without having to worry about when/how I will get my items. I was especially pleased with their customer service during the run-up to Christmas last year, as I was able to speak to someone very quickly by email and phone when querying an order. The lady was cheerful and polite and helpful, which is a lot to ask from some companies during the busiest time of year. All in all, an excellent place to shop.
