Ordered my new lawn from Kent 6th March for next day delivery, it didn't arrive , following day went online and found out who the local agent was, M & H Carriers, who couldn't have been more helpful.My lawn was there it had just arrived and was delivered two hours later 8th March. I shouldn't complain as its a long way from Kent to Aberdeenshire, but they should update their tracking, it was still showing at Maidstone depot 48 hrs after leaving it. I have no other complaint than that small one, helpful customer service at M & H who told me I had time to do my Asda shop, helpful polite driver who delivered. five stars to M & H Carriers.
Maybe nightfreight could employ someone to answer the phone.
