Great shelves and customer service

The shelves are great though they were difficult to assemble. Definitely a two person job. The lugs didn't easily engage so took 2.5hrs to put one set of shelves together. And the head if the rubber mallet came off half way through the job but when I contacted customer services they immediately sent a replacement. So overall I'm really pleased with the shelves and might order more if I can fit them into space available.
