Ordered my new phone which was dispatched on 28/02/13 for delivery on 01/03/13, had this delivered to my work address as I was working 6-6 and couldn't take delivery of it at home. Parcel force tracking on the morning of the 1st 'loaded onto van for delivery'...nothing came. It was delivered on the following day to my work address which my manager had to sign for. Went to work to grab my new shiny phone, opened up the package with knife ready to cut the security seals on the box... No security seals on box... Okay, no problem. black coloured model, even though ordered white and white on the invoice, okay, no problem. opened the battered box, no phone... Okay, Problem. Called buymobilephones.net who assured me that this would be sorted, explained my problem that they've sent the wrong model, there is absolutely no security seals on the box and the internals of the box look like they've been kicked around the office before sending to me. Phone several times throughout the week to try and get sorted, being assured by the staff that it would get sorted. Received a very snotty email from their courier liaison team basically saying, we sent a phone, parcel force are denying there was anything wrong so its your fault you sort it! I am absolutely gobsmacked that they could treat a new customer like this, I have no idea where I stand with this and they're basically saying its our word against yours! So I'm now in a 24 month contract with no phone. Great, Thanks very much! can't wait for my upgrade in 2 years time to get my new empty box! Disgusted!
