The whole purchasing thing is a breeze. Shouldn't it always be. I was told about the two items and their stock levels. Told one could be shipped with next day delivery and I would get a call about when the second item would be instock and shipped.
I received the first item perfectly. It arrive next day and everything happened like clockwork. Emails with tracking links. It was a really good online shopping experience.
The second item seems to have been forgotten. I read a lot of words three days ago and think I remember it saying someone would call me a little later and advise me of when the second item would be back in stock. It lead me to believe it would be a swift turn around for the update. I guess suppliers need to be contacted for source info, who are more than likely only open Mon through Fri, and today's Sat.
At a guess, if they found out yesterday, I would have been told yesterday, and if I ask today, I'll have to wait till Monday.
Seeing as the order was Thursday midday, a Monday update is not soon.
This is speculation however...
Maybe I'll be surprised in the coming hours
Would I use GAK again or recommend them. Sure I would. As long as the item was in stock.
