Quick and easy ordering but a disappointing delivery service
I was texted to be told that my parcel would be delivered on a particular day but it actually arrived the next day. I had put on my delivery instructions that the parcel could be left in our parcel bin but it did need to be signed for.To have to wait in for a parcel and sign for it is too inconvenient and I won't be buying from pet supermarket again for this reason.
