If you wish to run a successful business, then you need to find someone other than sage-pay.
you simply pay for a service you do not get, the new system is a nightmare and does not work correctly, then you never receive the money your business has taken, because they fail to batch settle then send you an apology e-mail, day after day.
They need to stop sending e-mails and send the money instead, you can not run a business without your takings.
The bottom line is its our money and they do not pay up.
