Excellent product and service

Greenhouse arrived within a week of ordering, company phoned to arrange delivery time. It took some practical ability to assemble but was within the capability of anyone who can figure things out. Instructions were a bit basic but we found extra information on assembling the base on the web. Some of the glass was broken when we opened it, Halls returned my call the same day and sent out a form for us to claim for the price of replacing the glass from a local glaziers, which enabled us to complete the greenhouse quickly. Also the free seed tray stand was out of stock so they replaced it with a free two tier staging, of greater value, after phoning first to check this was ok.
All round pleased with the quality of the product for the price, and with the service provided!

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. By their very nature, with all the glass involved, delivering greenhouses is always going to be a challenge. And broken glass does sometimes occur, though we go to a lot of effort to eradicate it, so can I thank you, and all our other customers, for helping us to help you. The aim is always to get the greenhouse fully installed as soon as possible.

The promotions are sometimes too succesful, and we will always upgrade the offer, as we did in this instance.
