Dont order flowers from here

I ordered flowers for yesterday and they arrived on time. But I was sent a bunch of dead flowers most of the heads fell off in the box . I was ashamed to give these has a present and I've rang the number on the website also for the London office Manchester and Birmingham all are saying there not taking calls. I have also emailed the company 3 times now and still no response.
I don't know how a company could send out such a poor product please don't buy from these .
