I made my order of nearly EUR 70 in mid-January 2012, the money was transferred from my account and the confirmation mail said that the items were dispatched and I would receive them shortly but I did not. After realizing that my address was written incorrectly I contacted customer service and updated my contact details online but nothing happened and I felt no service-mindness at all. Beautybay could not let me know why I did not receive the products and after writing LOTS of mails forth and back I was told to fill out a "lost item form"... then they said that a confirmation mail would be sent but it didn't so after writing again I was told that en error had been made which would be corrected... After nearly 3 months I still have not received the products and am in doubt that I ever will. One thing for sure - I will NEVER buy any products at beautybay again.
