I have just had a 5 minute conversation with "<private data removed>" 64521 who refused to give me his surname and became quite aggressive towards me at the end of our conversation. Which left me shaken and distressed. Never in my life have I come across a delivery service which has been run so badly from the bottom upwards. An absolutely abhorrent way to run a business in the 21st century. If I could have given no stars I would have. PLEASE BEWARE OF YODEL and EBUYER as they are in cahoots and don't give a damn but customer service. I will now steer clear of any company that uses YODEL as the courier service.
