Terrible company can't say s good word about them, wish we had negative stars

Debited account £640 no ticket no refund taking them to fast track small claims court Had to buy ticket direct from Airline again another £650 . Rude arrogant staff, who turn there backs on customers. Trained to fight fires from customers by bullying.
