Yodel are not worthy of any stars RUBBISH in every department

Ordered goods from Sports DIrect and have never had any problems with delivery before , Yodel attempted delivery on Wednesday , Thursday and Friday same time each day obviously did not occur to them that people have 9 to 5 jobs . Contacted them to rearrange delivery to be told they only redeliver 3 times and so I would have to collect the package from Llanelli which is over an hour away !! Eventually was told they would come back on Monday , great I would be in work and they cannot give a time or accept an alternative address Grrrrrrrrrr . Spent half hour on phone to Sports Direct and managed to give them an alternative address and they were going to sort it out but it will stop me buying from any company that use Yodel in the future .Rude staff rubbish service
