Against my better judgement I placed two orders with infurn USA 12-9-12 & 12-7-12.
In short the order was scheduled to be shipped mid February 13. Order never shipped, I was never contacted or updated by infurn. On 3-3-13 i contacted infrun via email (they don't list a phone number on infurn usa, a sure sign of scammers).
I was contacted by a customer service rep who proceeded to tell me that my order was never manufactured and that i wouldn't be receiving it. When I began to yell at him, he confided that he was new on the job and that infun hadn't had anyone running their usa operations for nearly a month.
Then he proceeded to tell me I would get my money by, it would take at least 30 days. So in short, INFURN will keep your money for 4 months or so, never deliver a product. Choice is yours. It sounds like infurn operates by having large amount of free money "loaned" to them by consumers.
I've reported them to my credit card company as fraud. Form my understanding, this is not the first time this company has been reported.
