Choose my dishwasher on line - product details were very clear. Booked delivery date (lots to choose from) then they text me the evening before to give me a 2-hour delivery slot which was confirmed the followiing day by the driver who let me know he would be arriving within half-hour, which he did. I paid to have the old dishwasher collected fo recycling (although you do have to get it put outside your front door first). Would definitely use this company again.
