Ordered product on 16/11/10 and my order arrived 18/11/10. Unfortunately wrong item was sent. Contacted by email but got no reply - started to panic a bit after then reading all the negative reviews. Used phone no posted by one of the other buyers and was able to contact Hamid straight away. He had already sent out the replacement item with a stamped addressed envelope to return the wrong one. Replacement item arrived by recorded post the following day. So overall very good service - the problem seems to be that the company are just no good at replying to emails, but if you contact them direct by phone the service is fine.
