Order process was ok and sales phone support was polite and helpful, but delivery was not as agreed or paid for and post delivery communication was poor.
Paid for next day delivery and confirmed this on phone but product was not delivered until following week. Phoned to complain and seek refund for additional P&P paid, but no response to voicemail from DJM.
Inconvinience caused and amount of additional money charged is not sufficient for me to pursue further but its little negatives like this that make the whole experience feel negative and lead to questions about whether to use the company in the future.
