They were the delivery agent for furniture ordered from worldstores. I paid £30 extra to have the goods delivered on a Saturday and waited in from 8am until 11pm. No delivery no phone call. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs-have no idea how to get hold of them as amazingly they were not open on Saturday's despite the fact that presumably deliveries were meant to be taking place
I paid £30 extra for a Saturday delivery of a divan base and headboard. I was aware delivery would be 8am-6pm and waited in all day. It has not arrived!!!! I had no call to say there was a problem with delivery and no email. Customer services were closed apparently today as were the delivery service they apparently used. So I have no way of knowing where the item is. Pretty shocked and appalled particularly as I have been very Ill and was relying on the bed.
