Excellent service, always

I have ordered from the Bead Shop approximately 10 times over the past year and have always been happy with the service I have received. Every time my order arrives within 2 or 3 days and in excellent condition.

There was one occasion where a jewellery kit I had bought had one type of bead missing. I sent an email requesting the beads I needed and received an extremely polite an professional in response that working day. The missing beads arrived the next day and so I was still able to finish the bracelet in time for my friend's birthday.

Prices are a lot more reasonable than other bead shops I've looked at. I would recommend this company to others.
