I ordered originally from you in February which arrived promptly and for a very reasonable price, but then found that my purchase developed a fault recently. I sent the headphones back to you on Wednesday and received a replacement pair on Friday morning!
I cannot express just how refreshing it is to deal with a company that fulfil every aspect of their responsibility to the customer so fully, and who even seem to go that extra mile to make sure that everyone is satisfied.
I know personally that complaints and negativity are commonplace in this sort of work but you're doing a fantastic job. I will definitely be using you for all of my audio purchases from now on, and have recommended you to numerous friends and family.
They took money for my ticket twice, i had to make many phone calls to their Indian call centre plus emailed them countless times and they never sorted out my refund. Each person i spoke to had no idea what to do and we went around in circles. I had to contact my bank in the end to get my money back.
