Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else to buy!!!!

I purchased a slide which was due to be delivered on a certain day, it didn't arrive and the currier had no record of It. I couldn't get hold of anyone at fun4 kids for a few days. Eventually they got back to me with a half hearted apology n resent the slide. Yet again it didn't arrive and get again no one got back to me again! I reordered the slide from somewhere else as it was for my daughters birthday, this one arrived on time and the slide from fun4kids arrived too. Someone contacted me an hour after it turned up! I asked to return the slide for a refund and was told it would cost me £25 to send it back. Useless company, terrible customer service. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!' Only good thing I have to say is that the product was as described!
