you areabsolute ,absolute shame

i have ordered 14/01/13 HCT smartpone one,worth149.91 which should have came in next 7-14 days.When didnt come in next 30 days,i cancelled my order with hem and they sent me e-mail 14/02/13 that they sent me money very shortly back,today is 10/03/13 and i havent yet my money back and what is worst they stop to give me answer on my enquiry about refund.This company is absolutely shame its group of cheats,be wary about them,and save your money,please
