This company gets alot of bad reviews from people who didn't get their claim authorised for whatever but not many positive reviews. Im very happy with their service. I broke the screen on my xperia z and contacted them about it the following morning. spoke to a nice lady on the phone, who i got to within 2 mins, and she took a statement off me and then said she would send me a claim form. I received this within an hour of our phone call. I promptly filled this in and sent it back. it took them exactly 4 days to answer me, but that is from time of postage to their reply. I received their reply authorising the claim and was asked to send off my phone, which i did. It then went into the repair process. I rang up about once every two days and each time the customers services rep spoke with me and then repairs dept to get updates on the progress of the claim. after 4 days i was told it was in the final testing process and would be going out that day to me. All in all the process took 14 days from the first phone call, 15 if you include the day i had the accident (including weekends). Which is well within their stated minimum times. im very pleased with the service i got and my phone came back looking like new, they had even fixed damage that was not related to my claim!
Edit: I should also say i was struggling to believe it was the same phone until i checked the imei. It looked honestly like new.
Edit: Well, all hasnt gone as well as i thought. The phone is no longer water proof, has got condensation in the camera lense and the water indicators behind the charger port has gone red. I shall be contacting them about it tomorrow. Stay tuned for updates. oh, and i had verbal confirmation on the phone that it would still be waterproof as i was concerned about this.
