Like many others we have been ripped off too.
we made 2 separate bookings with Suncar and paid both in full only to find out that they didn't pay the car rental companies. We had to fork out more money and are now trying to get our money back via the credit card company. Not the way to start a 5 week holiday from the other side of the world.
Why is the company of crooks able to take peoples money? There is no way they should be in business.
