Ocado

BEST ONLINE SHOP EVER

I am disabled and in a wheelchair, therefore I have shopped at all the top supermarkets for home delivery. Each time I ordered my shopping I had many items missing from each supermarket, this is very frustrating when you are paying for delivery and not getting what you ordered. I have now started shopping with Ocado. This is THE BEST online shop ever. I have placed big orders and received ALL the items I ordered. The delivery men have been wonderful, very polite and courteous, and put all my shopping where I wanted it. I could not ask for anything more. Ocado will be the only online grocery shopping I will be using from now on. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

FIRSTLY I WANT TO SAY THANKYOU TO MY DAUGHTER EMMA FOR THE WONDERFUL THOUGHT OF FLOWERS ON MOTHER'S DAY AND SHAME ON YOU SERENATA FOR THE VERY DISSAPPOINTING AND AWFUL FLOWERS YOU DECIDED TO DELIVER TO ME ON THIS VERY SPECIAL DAY NEVER EVER EVER USE SERENATA I HAVE RECEIVED FLOWERS FROM MY DAUGHTER EVERY YEAR USING SERENATA A BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL THOUGHT TO BE TURNED TO TEARS EVERY TIME AS FLOWERS DEAD AND AWFUL BE WARNED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY MY DAUGHTER WORKS EXTREMELY HARD TO PAY FOR THESE THEY ARE A VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY I HAVE TRIED TO RING THEM BUT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY NO LONGER USE A TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL NEED I SAY MORE AVOID SERENATA FLOWERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you very much for your feedback, it is much appreciated.

I am really sorry to hear that on this occasion the bouquet arrived in poor condition and not of our usual high standard.

Upon reviewing your order I notice that you did not report the issue to our customer service team via the website, we require all issues to be reported within 2 weeks of delivery, unfortunately unless this is done we are unable to fully investigate and resolve the issue.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
