FIRSTLY I WANT TO SAY THANKYOU TO MY DAUGHTER EMMA FOR THE WONDERFUL THOUGHT OF FLOWERS ON MOTHER'S DAY AND SHAME ON YOU SERENATA FOR THE VERY DISSAPPOINTING AND AWFUL FLOWERS YOU DECIDED TO DELIVER TO ME ON THIS VERY SPECIAL DAY NEVER EVER EVER USE SERENATA I HAVE RECEIVED FLOWERS FROM MY DAUGHTER EVERY YEAR USING SERENATA A BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL THOUGHT TO BE TURNED TO TEARS EVERY TIME AS FLOWERS DEAD AND AWFUL BE WARNED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY MY DAUGHTER WORKS EXTREMELY HARD TO PAY FOR THESE THEY ARE A VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY I HAVE TRIED TO RING THEM BUT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY NO LONGER USE A TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL NEED I SAY MORE AVOID SERENATA FLOWERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really sorry to hear that on this occasion the bouquet arrived in poor condition and not of our usual high standard.
Upon reviewing your order I notice that you did not report the issue to our customer service team via the website, we require all issues to be reported within 2 weeks of delivery, unfortunately unless this is done we are unable to fully investigate and resolve the issue.
