Ordered flowers on Friday 8th for Mothers Day. Delivery arranged for Saturday 9th (due to no Sunday delivery option available). Firstly I didn't received an email confirmation of the order, although it was confirmed on-line (but i didn't make a note of the number, since i expected the email). Secondly, the flowers were not delivered yesterday despite tracking the order all day and being advised that they were out for delivery. Thirdly, (AND THIS IS PRICELESS) after submitting a complaint on the company website via the 'Contact Us' form, I discovered that I could access the company in-box that contained ALL of the customer complaints and Serenata customer services responses!! Many of these contained personal information such as delivery addresses!! Surely a serious breach of the Data Protection Act???? Waiting with baited breath to see how they respond......
