I spent £80 on flowers for delivery the day before Mothers Day. I received an email on delivery day saying they were out for delivery, they weren't delivered. I phoned up customer services and after a long wait on the phone I was told they were "at the depot" that's all the explanation customer services could give me. After pushing her she offered me a 25% discount for late delivery. When the flowers arrived on Mothers Day (a day late) the box was damaged and soaking wet and had been crudely taped up. All the water from the vase had drained away and some of the flowers were damaged. I phoned up customer services again and was offered replacement flowers which I pointed out the representative was pretty pointless given they were for Mother's Day, I was offered a "voucher" but held out for another discount.
