No sign of an item I ordered more than a week ago. They emailed me that they actually didn't have the item in stock, but will obtain it in 1-2 days max and dispatch it on the same day and otherwise will contact me asap, which sadly was a lie and I have not received the item or any notice or email since then. Very unprofessional.
