My INFURN order has been done last August. We are now 8 MONTHS later and still nothing (FRANCE).
After one message telling me that my order has been delayed for 8 weeks I have no news from the customer service. The 8 weeks are now over (since a looong time) and still nothing !
On top of that, when i check my account on their website, it is written that my order has been sent. A tracking number is written and it goes directly to the DHL website (italian one). The FUNNIEST PART is that the tracking number is not even working ! DHL says that they can't find nothing and that it is not a DHL tracking number.
Of course I still hope to receive my order but let me doubt about it. This is a fraud, stay away from this website.
8 months later i still have nothing, but one thing is sure : The paiement has been done since Day 1 !
