I ordered a card, and as I looked at the order I noticed I forgot to change a name on the front of the card. There was no option to change this and it had not gone into production yet. I emailed and got no reply when they said they reply within 24 hours. So I sent another email, turns out you cant change an order.
This is annoying especially if the order had just been made.
There should be an option to cancel the order yourself until it has gone into production.
