Same experience as previous reviewer. Flowers didn't show up on mothers day even though I paid extra to guarantee this. Just a weakly apologetic email after 4pm but no offer of a refund. The company's 0800 number leads to a recorded message saying 'we no longer accept calls on this number. Please visit the website'. It's the first time and last time I use eflorist. I think it's a scam.
