Great price, prompt delivery.

I found that the service I received was excellent, from the initial phone call through to delivery. My order came very quickly.


The worst on-line florist I have ever experienced

I cant believe the quality of service I received - i looked on-line for flowers with my children for my wife - they chose them. When they eventually arrived (Mothers evening as opposed to mothers day) - even my 6 year old said "those flowers are nothing like what we ordered" and why are they so late - its no good for mummy now.

I tried 3 times to establish a delivery time - but to no avail - for flowers that cost me just shy of £50, I would genuinely have been better off at the corner garage - WHATEVER YOU DO _ NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE RECIPIENT.

Dear Allyson,

Thank you kindly for your feedback. Our Customer Service team have been keenly investigating your concerns and an email was sent by them on 12/3/13 asking for an image of the flowers to be sent. Sadly, we do not appear to have had a response yet.

Unfortunately at peak periods such as Mother's Day we are not able to guarantee delivery times. We do, however, always do our best and would advise you that if there was a specific time that you needed flowers to be sent by, you include it on the "Special Instructions" area of the order.
