extremely poor service! you would be better going to scotmid.

I ordered flowers from e florist and was extremely disappointed with what my mother received, for £33 I would expect better than a plastic vase in a box with a bunch of flowers i could have bought from morrisons for £15! to make things worse the flower (received in a box) had obviously been sitting in the van that delivered them overnight and no longer contained water in the bag wrapped round the bottom of the flowers!!! I would not advise anyone to order flowers from this website. defo not value for money thats for sure.

Thank you kindly for your review. We are sorry for any disappointment caused and our Customer Service team are extremely keen to investigate fully.

An email was sent by them on 14/3/13 asking for an image of the flowers to be sent. Sadly, we do not appear to have had a response yet.

We eagerly await a reply so that we may address the issues that you describe.
