The service I have received from iflorist has to be the worst service I have ever recieved and probably ever will receive.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothering Sunday, probably the most important day of the year to florists. I recieved an email confirmation from them stating it would be delivered on 10th March (Mother's Day).
Great - nice and simple I thought. I was wrong.
Two days later I got an email from them saying my tracking number was ready and my flowers would be delivered on 9th. The 9th?!?! This isn’t what I asked for.
I rang their helpline. The rude, incompetent girl (<private data removed>) told me its on their website that delivery dates aren’t guaranteed. She started laughing and said my mum should just be grateful she was getting flowers at all - I honestly thought I was going to explode with rage at that disgusting comment.
I demanded a full refund - she told me there was no way I'd get a refund because I would get the flowers at some point.
I later tracked my order, and it actually said my delivery had been 'delivered and left safe' - on the 8th!!!!
So not only did they promise a delivery on 10th. They then emailed me and said I would get in on the 9th. It then said it had been delivered on the 8th!!!
And guess what...today its the evening of the 10th and I have NOT RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS OR A REFUND!
I have send three emails to iflorst (after demanding a direct email address on the phone as both the email address on their website and their father companies website - Colonial Gifts Ltd - do not EVEN WORK!!!)
This company is a joke. They are incompetent and could do with some lessons in customer service.
My advice - do not use this florist, no matter how desperate.
