Problem sorted.

I placed an order for 10 fluorescent tubes for a total price of £66. During the online ordering process a pop-up appeared on my screen offering a 10% discount which, of course, I gratefully accepted. However, when the order confirmation came through I noticed that only 5% discount had been applied. I queried this and am happy to say that the problem was eventually resolved (i.e. my account was promptly credited with the missing 5%). I am now a happy customer and will have no reservations about ordering from this company again. Thank you Lampshoponline!

I am impressed!

I was looking for circular saw blades of a very specific type from a particular manufacturer. After much searching on the Internet I found only this comany that was able to supply them. After placing my order, they informed me that, unfortunately, the items were discontinued but they could order suitable replacements from Germany. The manufacturer and specification were the same so I said OK. The new parts were delivered within 10 days and the price was actually less than what the original items would have cost. This is a helpful and reliable supplier and I can thoroghly recommend them.
