I like this diet programme. I am losing a few pounds every week, whilst still managing to meet friends and eat out. It's about being sensible, managing lifestyle and eating healthy foods (in between high protein ; a bit chicken, ham, egg, nuts, etc, low carb, when needed) .Stick to a manageable programme and this really works to shift those fatty areas to regain a nice shape, go down a size and feel confident within yourself. Don't worry about regimes. Stick to what suits you best, exercise a few times a week ; shakes bars, soups and lots of water for three weeks and a week of meat/ fish and veg, Working to a four week cycle you will see a big difference. If you have a night out, dinner etc, have meat, fish and veg, and return to your product theme next day; it does work, just balance. Don't let yourself get dehydrated, drink lots of water.. Sometimes you think you are hungry but really you may be thirsty, Drink plenty non alcoholic fluids. The one point that I would say is I still take a hair, nails and skin vitamin tablet because I do find that I need that and I feel better with that extra revitalisation, However, that is my personal choice.
